Photo by Alex Jones..The Rio Grande Valley Silverados and the Reynosa Correcaminos play an exhibition basketball game in the middle of the Hidalgo - Reynosa International Bridge on Tuesday morning. The game shut down traffic into Mexico for 15 minutes, and prompted McAllen Mayor Richard Cortez to wonder out loud, "Where else can you possibly do this other than the border?"
