Sam Frederick (left), age 74, and his brother Bob, 6 years younger, enjoy the night air while taking a cigarette break outside Don Chilo's Bar & Grill in Penitas on Wednesday night. Sam and Bob said that they enjoy visiting Don Chilo's every year that they return to the Valley from Ontario.
